Privacy policy

This privacy policy explains what personal data Veebid24.ee (CodeGrid OÜ) collects, how it is used and protected, and what rights you have regarding your data.

Contact form data

When you send us an enquiry through the contact form, we process the data you enter:

  • email address (required);
  • message content (required);
  • name and phone number (optional);
  • the selected interest or service.

Technical and analytics data

With your consent we use Google Analytics, which collects aggregated data about site usage (such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type). The IP address is anonymised. Without consent no analytics cookies are set and no Google script is loaded. Read more on our cookie page.

  • Responding to enquiries and preparing offers. The legal basis is your consent and taking steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR art 6(1)(a) and (b)).
  • Analysing and improving the site. The legal basis is your consent (art 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Security and spam prevention. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the form from misuse (art 6(1)(f)).

  • Email and hosting provider: delivering and storing enquiries.

With some providers data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. In such cases we rely on the European Commission standard contractual clauses or other permitted safeguards.

We keep enquiries sent through the contact form for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and manage the client relationship, generally up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law (for example accounting rules). Analytics data is retained according to the Google Analytics settings.

Under applicable data protection law you have the right to:

  • access your personal data and receive a copy of it;
  • request the correction of inaccurate data;
  • request the erasure of data (the “right to be forgotten”);
  • request the restriction of processing or object to it;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw a given consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you have the right to contact a supervisory authority. In Estonia this is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
